Gregory L. Hyland

Greg is a litigation attorney with experience representing clients through all stages of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Focusing on family law matters, business litigation and personal injury cases, Greg represents families and small businesses throughout South Carolina.

Greg was raised in Marietta, Georgia. He attended Oxford College and Emory University where he was a Hopkins Scholar and a member of the Men's Crew Team. Greg graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Environmental Studies. He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he served as the Articles Editor for the S.C. Journal of International Law and Business. Greg lives in Summerville with his wife Kate, daughter Mae, and their two dogs. He is a Masters swimmer and an active triathlete.

Greg is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in South Carolina. He is also admitted in Texas. Greg is a member of the following organizations:
