Andrew T. Shepherd

Andrew T. Shepherd handles a wide variety of estate planning matters, including probate administration, estate and trust litigation, wills, trusts and powers of attorney, guardianships, conservatorships, heirs' property, as well as landlord and tenant disputes, personal injury claims, and small claims matters.

Mr. Shepherd was born in Concord, North Carolina and earned his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston in 2003.  In 2007, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law and was admitted to practice in South Carolina.  During law school, Mr. Shepherd was the Student Works Editor, Articles Editor, and Founding and Executive Member of the Charleston Law Review from 2005 through 2007, and in 2007, was the recipient of the CALI Award in Advanced Estate Planning (formerly American Jurisprudence Award). 

From 2007 through 2008, Mr. Shepherd was a Law Clerk to Honorable Tiffany N. Provence of the Dorchester County Probate Court and a Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick R. Watts of the Dorchester County Master-in-Equity.

Mr. Shepherd is an alumnus of the Alpha Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, as well as a member of the Dorchester County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar Association.
